Our Working Process

01. Consultation

 This is the foundation of the construction process as we discuss with the client the ideas at hand, to obtain a full construction scope of work., such as the job to be performed, how and when the project would be completed.

02. Proposal

 We’ll submit to the client a written offer to perform the work and to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and/or services for the prices and terms quoted.

03. Installation

Time to dig in the dirt, knock out some walls, bend some rebar, and fire up the welder. Now the project finally moves from paper and ideas to the physical world.

03. Inspection

Everything is built but we aren’t done yet. Now we have to inspect everything. We conduct a final walkthrough inspection to check that everything was finally finished correctly.

Christopher Torres, founder, and CEO of Akilys construction LLC is the visionary and the backbone responsible for the establishment of the company. Mr. Torres maintains and reinforces the corporate culture, leads the executive and management teams, oversees decisions regarding the organization’s capital expenditures, and provides oversight of every aspect of the company from business development to contract closeout. As a visionary, Mr. Torres entrepreneurship and hands-on attitude provided the fundamentals to the growth of Akilys Construction, ensuring clients’ full satisfaction and gaining long-term relationships. His 10+ years of experience in construction had aid to this success.

Jennifer Lopez

Co-Owner / Project Manager

Jennifer Lopez, co-owner and project manager at Akilys Construction LLC, plays a vital role on the field and outside the construction site, making sure the projects get completed in a timely manner and within budget with quality control in mind. Her role includes supervising staff, scheduling, contract negotiation, procurement of permits, ordering materials, and cost analysis. Ms. Lopez’s construction expertise, leadership, supervisory skills, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities are very important traits for a successful project and a happy client.
